EQUINOX-3D is shareware software, meaning that you can download and install it on as many computers as you want, as long as all the the author information is left intact.

Q: I get many questions regarding if and when EQUINOX-3D will go open source.

A: It is mostly open source already. About 80% of the source code is included in the package and I'm planning to make it buildable soon.


Q: How actively is it being developed?

A: I'm working on EQUINOX-3D today more actively than ever! It has become such an integral part of my life that I can't imagine not working on it.
If I ever decide to stop (not going to happen), I'm planning to fully open source it, so others can pick up development.
